Shaped metal exhausts and tubular components to optimise your vehicles
Lighter and stronger tubular parts fabricated from aluminium and stainless steel for automotive and motorsport applications
Whether you require custom-made structural support to strengthen a racing car or flat-sided oval-shaped tube to help reduce clearance space on an exhaust system, we can help.
From one-off jobs to mass-produced pieces, we understand that every little component plays a big part in the performance of a car. When automotive designers specify the required end-result, our engineers love creating parts that deliver.
Automotive and transport
We current create over 300 sizes of tubing, and we have flexible tooling so we are able to fabricate new sizes if the job requires it. Contact us if you need a specific part for a proof of concept, or you are renovating a car and need a replacement part or upgrade.
We work extensively with car restoration companies and designers from the performance racing industry, who often need custom-made tubing. We are frequently asked to supply tubing for motorbikes, from flat-sided oval tubing for exhaust systems to decorative shapes for customising handle bars or flag poles.
Bespoke components and prototypes
We fabricate most of our automotive tubing from 304L stainless steel, because it can withstand extreme temperatures and is highly durable, which makes it well-suited as a safe, reliable material for exhaust systems.
It is also a cost-effective solution. However, we sometimes fabricate automotive components from aluminium, titanium and copper-based alloys, depending upon the application and what has been specified. These metals are also corrosion-resistant, highly durable and low maintenance.
All of the materials that we use offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, which helps to reduce the weight of the vehicle and improve fuel efficiency.
Strong, corrosion-resistant materials
Lightweight but strong, our tubing has been used for other forms of transport, including oval tube stainless steel luggage racks on high-speed passenger trains across Japan.

Tubing used in automotive and transport applications
Oval Tube
An ergonomic, tactile shape that is perfect for handrails and balustrades in conjunction with structural glass and brickwork. A low-maintenance design commonly used for architectural and marine purposes.
Flat-sided Oval Tube
Clean, rounded lines and a flat-sided profile provide strength for architectural purposes – with a flat side useful for fixing to other elements.
D-shaped Tube
With a smooth top, flat section and incredible lateral strength, this ingenious design prevents water ingress and it’s easy to install. Ideal for handrail in public buildings and on marine craft.
Radiused Square Tube
Blended radius corners and a slight convex side provide greater strength than standard round tubing. This great alternative to box section tubing is popularly used for baluster railings and furniture.
Twisted Square Tube
Aesthetically striking, with the power to make a significant impact. Provides impressive strength integrity while being lighter and more cost-effective than conventional solid twisted bars.
Twisted Oval Tube
Innovative spiral forming applied to a classic oval tube design. This stunning twisted tube profile creates a mesmeric effect that is ideal for decorative metal architecture on buildings and boats.
