Our tube end reduction and tube end expansion machine and tooling enables us to precisely adjust round tube diameters by up to 20% of the original size (depending on the material), achieving continuous, infinitely adjustable expansions and reductions for round tube within the specified range of each tool.
Highly flexible, the tooling provides a cost-effective solution for custom jobs and prototypes as well as volume production work.
Our engineers can work with pre-bent parts, as well as other custom profiles.

Transitions: oval-to-round tube, square-to-round tube
Tube-end forming tools enable our fabricators to return non-circular profiles such as oval and square tubes back to round tubes at the ends.
This is ideal for complex exhaust parts, or for when you want to use standard round tube fittings (handrail brackets, curtain poles and other standard fixings) while benefitting from the aesthetics and ergonomics of distinctive shaped tube profiles.
Flaring, swaging and starform
OEMs and manufacturers use our swaging services across a range of industries including aerospace, automotive and engineering. We can work with both circular and non-circular tubes.
Our stringent quality procedures and exceptional attention to detail ensures we supply high quality parts for volume work. We are able to take on prototyping work too, making small adjustments until the desired results are achieved.
