Timeless 'twins tap' for Christmas

This year the Timeless Tube engineers have been fortunate enough to work on some amazing infrastructure projects. However the team are conscious of the fact that in some places infrastructure simply doesn’t exist; 3bn people worldwide lack basic handwashing facilities such as soap and clean water.

This Christmas we’ve chosen to support Tap Twinning’s vital work in bringing simple handwashing stations to vulnerable communities who don’t have access to clean water. In 2020, the campaign has helped stop the spread of Coronavirus and other viruses through handwashing and hygiene training, as well as enabling families to install their own taps. Timeless have sponsored a handwashing station in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) – which is only one country away from being the worst place on earth for life expectancy, literacy, education and standards of living. The simple ‘tippy-tap’ design is basic yet it is changing the lives of some of the world’s most vulnerable communities.
