Free issue us your round tubes for us to shape and fabricate.
Working with you to get the best for business and clients
We rely on our suppliers to provide us with premium-grade metals to ensure the optimal quality of our tubing. In turn, metal merchants come to us for our tube-forming services. We purposely don’t hold stock at our workshop, because we believe that when you free issue us with your tubing to shape, it works out best for everyone.
Free issue your material to us: how it works and why it is a good idea
When you free issue us with tubing to shape, it means you get to use your own stock: you simply pay us for our forming charges. And your clients get to benefit from the advantages of shaped tubing.
We can keep your overheads lower and your profit margins higher by using your own lorry networks for deliveries. Just deliver the tubes to our Dorset-based workshop and collect them again once we’ve shaped them.

Expand your product range
If you’re in the business of selling metal architecture, see us as an extension of your catalogue. Whether you want to offer twisted oval balustrades or flat-sided oval tube, we have the expertise and tooling to form those for you.
As one of the original innovators of shaped metal tubing, we now boast the largest range of profiles and sizes in the world. By working with us you can expand your existing product range without having to invest. We currently offer six different shaped tubes, which we’ve developed over 30 years – and we are still creating new profiles. Our engineers can work with standard off-the-shelf tubing sizes, or we customise it to make new sizes.
You can sell more stock by reaching out to new and existing customers who have bought round tube to let them know about these bespoke profiles and their joining systems.
Exceptional customer service
We are set up to turn around jobs very quickly – even large orders – which means that your clients will receive their tubing in exceptional time.
If you need us to, we are very happy to work alongside you with your clients.
This is especially useful in the designing and prototype stages (we are used to working under NDAs).
Sales and marketing support
If required, we can meet with your customers or send them samples of tube profiles.
We can send you marketing assets such as product images for any collateral that you may be producing.
We can provide you with product literature and samples for appropriate exhibitions. We’ve even attended trade shows with our metal merchant partners before to give additional sales or technical support.
Our Sales Executive can visit you and your team to explain how you can benefit from working with us, and how you can best sell the tubing.

Oval Tube
An ergonomic, tactile shape that is perfect for handrails and balustrades in conjunction with structural glass and brickwork. A low-maintenance design commonly used for architectural and marine purposes.
Flat-sided Oval Tube
Clean, rounded lines and a flat-sided profile provide strength for architectural purposes – with a flat side useful for fixing to other elements.
D-shaped Tube
With a smooth top, flat section and incredible lateral strength, this ingenious design prevents water ingress and it’s easy to install. Ideal for handrail in public buildings and on marine craft.
Radiused Square Tube
Blended radius corners and a slight convex side provide greater strength than standard round tubing. This great alternative to box section tubing is popularly used for baluster railings and furniture.
Twisted Square Tube
Aesthetically striking, with the power to make a significant impact. Provides impressive strength integrity while being lighter and more cost-effective than conventional solid twisted bars.
Twisted Oval Tube
Innovative spiral forming applied to a classic oval tube design. This stunning twisted tube profile creates a mesmeric effect that is ideal for decorative metal architecture on buildings and boats.
Joiners for connecting Oval shaped tubing
We currently offer a system of joiners for oval and twisted oval tubing, which enable you to produce handrail and balustrades with uncompromising, seamless joins. If you have a large project that requires joiners for other tube profiles then speak to us to find out more.
